Vladimir Putin accepts Russia isn't to be faulted for the conflict in Ukraine, adding the two nations are "sharing a misfortune". During a broadcast address with senior military authorities, the Russian president said he kept on seeing Ukraine as a "caring country". He asserted the contention was "the consequence of the approach of third nations" and not down to Russian arrangement.
